SAP Functional Lead- SAP SD, PM, CS

Lastel is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead to join our client, a global leader in dairy farming solutions based in Hamburg.

As the SAP Functional Lead in Installed Base Management, you’ll be instrumental in driving a Greenfield program, driving the transition to new SAP systems.

Your role will include acting as a senior solution designer and business advisor, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful alignment of solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for and implement key design principles, focusing on standardization and simplification.
• Design and configure solutions to meet agreed functionality within cost and compliance parameters.
• Maintain guidelines and identify deviations from agreed design principles.
• Support continuous improvement efforts post-transformation as part of the Center of Excellence.

Required Skills:
• 6+ years of experience in similar roles, with expertise in SAP-CS, PM, and SD.
• Proven track record in SAP implementations, including greenfield projects.
• Familiarity with S4HANA EAM and FSM is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of SAP’s solution landscape, best practices, and tools.
• Ability to effectively manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
