Lastel has partnered with a rapidly growing SaaS company based in Stuttgart, seeking an IT Project Manager to join their expanding team.

As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of a cutting-edge SaaS platform, focused on transforming workplace communication for frontline employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients to ensure seamless integration, providing technical expertise and managing multiple IT projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SaaS platform implementations for enterprise clients, ensuring successful integration and client satisfaction.
Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams such as Sales, Engineering, and Product, as well as external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.
Lead technical integration efforts, including Single Sign-On (SSO), API-based integrations, and configuring enterprise IT environments for successful rollouts.
Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during the project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges or issues that arise during the project delivery process.
Ensure all projects adhere to Agile project management methodologies, delivering solutions in an iterative and collaborative manner.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and customer experience.

What You Need:
5+ years of project management experience in the delivery and implementation of SaaS products.
Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols (OpenID Connect, Azure AD), REST API integration, and configuring enterprise IT environments for SaaS platforms.
Proven experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Ability to work directly with enterprise clients and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Fluency in German and English.

Nice to Have:
Experience in SaaS B2B sales or additional technical expertise within a B2B SaaS environment.
