Job Title: Senior IOS Engineer

Lastel has partnered with a leading digital health provider based in the heart of Berlin, Germany who are expanding and looking for a Senior IOS Engineer.
Our client is backed by the world’s leading insurance company and is working towards changing the future of digital healthcare.

In this role, you will be joining a team of talented engineers and working on building the next generation of applications that will enhance the life of millions of people worldwide. This is an ideal role for someone who is motivated by both team and personal success, someone who is fast learner and passionate about technology.

What you will be doing:
• Creating responsive IOS applications
• Implementing UX/UI design
• Make sure that the application is compliant with the latest design standards
• Seek out and prototype solutions for difficult problems

About you:
• You love being a developer and are passionate about mobile
• You have 4+ years of experience in IOS development
• You have strong understanding of architecture, IOS SDK and the latest version of Swift
• Experienced in writing tests according to the Testing Pyramid
• You have an understanding of Human Interface Guidelines (HIG)
• You are up to date on the latest trends in the ecosystem and consider yourself a thought leader.
• You’re constantly trying out new things and experienced enough to know when the new shiny thing is not appropriate for a project.
• You speak fluent English
• You are eligible to work in Germany and don not require a visa sponsorship
