Job Title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Lastel has partnered with a a Berlin-based SAAS company who are looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their expanding team.

In this tole, you will play a key role in developing innovative software solutions and contributing to the success of our company. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions
• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment
• Develop front-end and back-end components using industry best practices and modern technologies
• Ensure the responsiveness and high performance of applications
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers
• Continuously enhance and optimize software applications based on user feedback and business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency

Requirements:
• 4+ years of software development experience
• Experience of working with Typescipt,Node.js, React.js and Express
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Couchbase, and others.
• Experience working with Cloud Services like EC2, S3, Lambda, Redshift, and understanding of modern cloud architecture principles such as Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK is also desired.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and propose creative and cost-efficient solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English, with the ability to convey complex analyses to technical teams. Proficiency in German is a plus.
• Comfortable working in an agile and fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:
• Experience with event-driven systems like Kafka or SQS, as well as previous involvement in developing e-commerce systems.
