Lastel has partnered with a global software company based in Limerick, Ireland, who are currently expanding their R&D team and looking for a Full Stack Engineer.

Our client provides global manufacturing companies with cloud-based ERP software services that supports operational requirements, including financials, manufacturing, demand and supply chain planning, customer management, business intelligence and business process management.

This is an ideal role for someone who has experience in building business applications using Java and web based technologies. You will be working closely with the business and IT colleagues to design, support and enhance web applications, including both frontend and backend work. There will be exposure to full development stack providing opportunities to expand your technical knowledge. Your responsibilities will be split into 60% project work and 40% support.

What you need:
• 2+ years of Java development experience in an Agile environment developing enterprise level software solutions
• Experience with Core Java and Spring Framework
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript Frameworks
• Experience with Relational databases and modern source control strategies
• Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:
• Maven and/or Gradle
• CI/CD, Jenkins
• Liferay
• Groovy Script
• Atlassian Scriptrunner
