QA Manager

Our client a leading fintech organisation with EMEA HQ based in Limerick are looking for a QA Manager to join their expanding team.

As their first QA Manager you’ll start by defining their testing strategy, team and processes by working with cross-functional disciplines.
In this role you will foster technical and professional development of existing and a new team of QA engineers while advocating for testing practices throughout the company.

Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, skilled manager, process-oriented, and always on the lookout for new approaches to both testing and leadership.

What you need:
•6+ years of QA experience through the entire life-cycle of an enterprise application
•Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
•Experience with automated testing tools
•Previous people management experience
•Work experience in software quality assurance and software development
•Knowledge of SQL and scripting
•Previous experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development process
•Communication, analytical and problem-solving experience
