Location: This role is remote and will be from the office in Munich after the pandemic is over.

At Lastel Recruitment we have partnered with one of the Europe’s most exciting development providers who are looking for a PMO Manager to join their expanding team as they continue their impressive journey. As Project Management officer you will be responsible for management of day to day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and working closely with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.

Our client is specialised in the most modern technologies and providing disciplined agile and lean software development practices. They offer a wide spectrum of services from development of web portals and sophisticated customized applications to mobile applications on the cloud. They provide solutions for the integration of business processes for one of the leading automotive companies in Germany.

Your mission ⭐
•You will be working closely with the Project teams on the client side and reporting into the Head of Software Development
•Collaborating with other department leaders to define and develop projects
•Analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks and resource allocation
•Mapping out project management, including setting deadlines and assigning team members to various deliverables
•Creating financial reports and budget outlines to executives if the need arises
•Overseeing the development of the project, developing new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
•Continuously evaluating projects to ensure that they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
•Documenting the project’s creation, development, execution as well as the project’s scope, budget and justification.

This job is for you if you have following 🦄
•Native or fluent German with fluent English language skills are required
•5+years of project management or PMO experience
•Experience running ground-breaking projects
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly on complex, and difficult issues to develop solutions that address root causes.
•High-level communication, interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with all partners.
•Skilled at leading teams and several projects
•Skilled at managing project deliverables and timelines.
•PMP certification is nice to have
